MCW MOVIE MARKETPLACE CLASSIFIED ADS ORDER FORM

Use this form to send us your Movie Marketplace Classified Ad. Your ad will appear in both the printed edition of Movie Collector's World and the online "Movie Marketplace." The online edition will be posted in conjunction with the publication of the printed edition. Please see our DEADLINE schedule for the next advertising deadline and publication schedule.

PLEASE read the instructions very carefully!

> The cost is 20c per word. The first two words are set in BOLDFACE CAPS.
> If running your ad in more than one issue, multiply the dollar amount by the number of times you want to run your ad (for example, a 10 word ad in 1 issue is: $2.00, in 3 issues $6.00, etc.
