Your credit card will be billed the ONE TIME SET-UP CHARGE OF $15.00, and then monthly charges as you have indicated above. All billing is done on the FIRST of each month. New accounts will be prorated to the first of each month for billing purposes. You will continue to be billed and service will continue until you request us, PRIOR TO THE NEXT BILLING CYCLE, to discontinue your service. Upon receipt of your payment, we will set up your account based on the information you provide above. Once your account is enabled, we will email you with the necessary information.
