1. ALL TRANSACTIONS ARE BETWEEN BUYER AND SELLER. This site is only a portal or 'marketplace' for buyers and sellers to interact. As such, Arena Publishing Inc. assumes absolutely no responsibility or liability for any transactions and/or disputes between buyers and sellers utilizing this website. This inclludes, but is not limited to alleged misrepresentation of items, failure of seller to deliver items, and failure of buyer to follow-through on any transaction.

2. The service is available only to those of legal age. Minors who wish to buy or sell on this site should have a parent or legal guardian assist them.

3. Arena Publishing assumes no responsibility and shall not be held liable for technical difficulties encountered when using the site. This includes, but is not limited to, failure of Arena Publishing´ hardware or software, failure of the user´s hardware or software, and failure of Internet connections.

4. BUYERS are expected to honor all agreements made and to complete the transaction.

5. SELLERS agree:. It is the sellers responsibility to accurately describe each item and give complete terms in regards to payment and shippng methods and fees. We reserve the right to remove future participation from any seller who fails to meet these obligations. Sellers agree that

6.SELLERS, ADVERTISERS AND ADVERTISING AGENCIES concerned assume liability for all content (including text representations and illustrations) of advertisements and also assume responsibility for any claims arising therefrom made against the publisher. It is the advertiser's or agency's responsibility to obtain appropriate releases on any item or individual pictured in the advertisement.

7. Arena Publishing reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

8. BUYERS AND SELLERS agree to comply with all federal, state and local laws pertaining to the sale of or buying of any item offered.

9. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Users and Arena Publishing, Inc. agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Michigan. Users and Arena Publishing agree that any cause of action rising out of or related to this service must commence within one year after the cause of action arose, otherwise such cause of action is permanently barred.

10. Arena Publishing, Inc. reserves the right to change or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
